‎Cadets assembled in their respective battalions and platoons for attendance checking before marching to the Tactical Operations Center to formally begin the opening ceremony.The ceremony commenced with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem with the beat by C/Pvt Jeanne Marie Bristol, followed by the Invocation led by C/Pvt Gina Paglinawan, and the Panunumpa led by C/Pvt Bernalyn Rodriguez, with C/Pvt Christine Ferrer serving as emcee. The program also included the singing of the CBSUA Hymn, Awit Kawal, and Pilipinas Kong Mahal, setting a solemn and disciplined tone for the day.

‎At 1245H, instructions were given by TSg Tomas G Rentoy PA (RES) and SSg Ruel N**o PA (RES) regarding cadets with four or more absences, as well as those who had yet to complete their midterm and final examinations. Cadets with attendance and examination concerns were directed outside the Social Hall, while the remaining cadets stayed inside under the supervision of Sgt Bobby Rodriguez and Sgt Russel Deocariza, awaiting further instructions from the Chief Clerk.

‎At 1430H, TSg Allan S Monterde INF (PA) provided additional instructions, after which cadets were called to formation outside to verify their attendance with their respective administrative clerks. The process was facilitated by SSg Rodelito Sario PA (RES) and SSg Aldrin D Dacillo PA (RES), together with Sgt Jojo Reconday PA (RES), Sgt John Lloyd P Camalla PA (RES), Sgt Jesper Sumayao PA (RES), Sgt Ariel B Remoquillo PA (RES), and Sgt Jomar Estrella PA (RES), ensuring the orderly arrangement and completion of attendance verification.

‎After all battalions had completed their final verification, the 15th Training Day was formally dismissed at exactly 1700H, marking the conclusion of another meaningful ROTC training cycle—one built on discipline, perseverance, and commitment to service.

‎The CBSUA–Calabanga ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 14th Training Day, focusing on the administration of examinations, on May 3, 2026. The activity commenced at exactly 1200H, as cadets assembled in formation and conducted attendance before proceeding to their designated examination areas.
‎
‎The opening ceremony began at 1245H, featuring the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, followed by the Invocation, Panunumpa, CBSUA Hymn, and Pilipinas Kong Mahal. The ceremony concluded at 1320H, after which TSg Allan S Monterde INF (PA) provided instructions for the proper conduct of the examination.

‎The examination was conducted across three designated areas: the Social Hall, the area outside the Social Hall, and the forest. Female cadets were initially assigned inside the Social Hall, while male cadets took their examinations in the outdoor areas. Upon completion, cadets proceeded to the Social Hall for checking, led by TSg Rommel A Montas (Ret) PA

‎The entire examination was facilitated by TSg Allan S Monterde INF (PA), together with the training staff and ROTC officers, ensuring an organized and systematic flow of activities. The training was also assisted by C/COL Princess Niña Braga,together along with other officers SSg Ruel N**o PA (RES),TSg Tomas Macario Rentoy PA (RES),SSg Aldrin Dacillo PA (RES),Sgt Russel Deocariza PA (RES),Sgt Ariel Remoquillo PA(RES),Sgt Mark Briñes PA (RES),Sgt Bobby Rodriguez PA (RES),Sgt Neil Garchitorena PA (RES),Sgt Jomar Estrella PA(RES),Sgt Jojo Reconday PA (RES),Sgt Jesper Sumayao PA (RES), and Sgt John Lloyd Camalla PA (RES) who supported the conduct of the examination.
