📣 UNANG PANGKALAHATANG PAGTITIPON NG FSAC — OPISYAL NA NAGTAPOS! 🎉

Isinagawa ng Fisheries Students Association ng CBSUA ang kauna-unahang Pangkalahatang Pagtitipon para sa Taong Panuruan 2026–2027 noong nakaraang Agosto 26 sa Gusali ng Akwakultura, na pinagbuklod ang mga mag-aaral ng BS Fisheries mula una hanggang ikaapat na taon.

Tampok sa nasabing gawain ang ulat ng mga nagawa at plano ng samahan, oryentasyon para sa mga bagong mag-aaral, pagpapakilala sa mga g**o, at halalan ng mga bagong opisyal ng FSAC — lahat ay upang matiyak ang katapatan at bukas na ugnayan sa pagpasok ng bagong taong panuruan.

Ang pagtitipong ito ay nagsilbing pundasyon ng taong puno ng pagtutulungan, paglago, at katapatan. Nagkakaisa at handa, ang FSAC at ang buong pamayanan ng Fisheries ay umaasa sa isang makabuluhan at matagumpay na taong panuruan.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) would like to inform all students that, while ID printing is temporarily unavailable, students who have already completed the Online ID Application will receive a Temporary Gate Pass/Validation Slip from the OSAS.

The Temporary Gate Pass/Validation Slip serves as proof that the student has already registered for the Online ID Application and 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐃. Students who present this slip can use it as temporary validation while the ID printing process is unavailable.

📌 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐎:
1. Complete the Online ID Application to register.

2. Please proceed to the OSAS Office to verify your ID application.

3. Please present your Matriculation/Registration Certificate for verification.

4. The OSAS staff will verify that the submitted ID information, photo, and other details follow the prescribed ID format and requirements.

5. Once the application is verified and found to be correct, the OSAS staff will issue a temporary gate pass/validation slip.

⚠️ Only students who successfully registered through the Online ID Application and were verified by OSAS will receive a Temporary Gate Pass/Validation Slip.

Students are advised to keep the validation slip with them and present it along with their matriculation when entering campus, particularly at the school gates, where student IDs are strictly checked.

When ID printing becomes available, the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) will make an announcement on its official page, including the names of students whose IDs are already ready for release.

Students are advised to check and follow the official OSAS page for updates on the availability and release of their IDs.
