𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐊 | 𝐀𝐔𝐆𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 - 𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 132 ng Malacañang, suspendido simula alas-1:00 ng hapon ngayong Biyernes, Agosto 28, 2026, ang klase sa lahat ng antas at trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno sa Oriental Mindoro.

Ang suspensyon ay ipinatutupad dahil sa inaasahang paglala ng Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) dulot ng Low-Pressure Area (LPA) na pumasok sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Dahil dito, walang pasok at suspendido ang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng Mindoro State University (MinSU) 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬-𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐰, maliban sa mga tanggapan at personnel na kabilang sa vital services, kabilang ang medical services, security services, at mga personnel na nakatalaga sa pangangalaga ng plant and animal projects. Inaatasan ang mga ito na mahigpit na sundin ang mga safety precaution at protocol.

Pinapayuhan din ang lahat ng tanggapan na tiyaking ligtas at maayos ang mga kagamitan, dokumento, at iba pang mahahalagang ari-arian, at maayos na maisara at mapangalagaan ang mga opisina at gusali bago umalis.

Manatiling mapagmatyag, unahin ang kaligtasan, at magsagawa ng kinakailangang pag-iingat ngayong panahon ng masamang lagay ng panahon.

🎖️𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐎𝐀𝐓𝐇 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄.

Yesterday, August 6, 2026, marked a new chapter as the newly elected officers of the University Student Government (USG), College Student Governments (CSG), Future Farmers of the Philippines Collegiate Chapter (FFPCC), and various student organizations officially took their oath of office.

The ceremony was led by the Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC) together with MinSU President Dr. Enya Marie Apostol, the Campus Executive Director, the Director for Student Support and Engagement, and the dedicated advisers from the different colleges and organizations. As part of the program, the COMSELEC Chairperson presented the official election data, highlighting the total votes cast and the successful conduct of the recently concluded student elections.

In her inspiring message, 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐫. 𝐄𝐧𝐲𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥 reminded the newly elected leaders that leadership is more than holding a position—it is a commitment to be 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞. Drawing from her own journey as the University's first female president, she shared that despite the demands of leadership, she remains steadfast in serving with dedication and purpose.

🎓 𝓘𝓽'𝓼 𝓪 𝔀𝓻𝓪𝓹!💙

The Office of Student Support and Engagement successfully conducted the General Orientation on August 6, 2026, at the MCC Activity Center, warmly welcoming our newest MinSUans to campus life.

The orientation introduced first-year students to the University's various offices, student support services, and the dedicated faculty and employees of MinSU Calapan Campus. It provided freshmen with the opportunity to become familiar with the resources, programs, and people who will guide and support them throughout their academic journey.

One of the highlights of the program was the inspiring message from MinSU President Dr. Enya Marie Apostol, who shared a meaningful reminder:

🗳️𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐕𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬!

On July 30, 2026, the Commission on Student Election (COMSELEC) – Calapan City Campus successfully conducted the elections for the University Student Government (USG), College Student Governments (CSGs), and the Future Farmers of the Philippines Collegiate Chapter (FFPCC) across the BSED Multimedia Room, CBM Room 103, CCJE Room 109, CAS Room 101, CCS Room 104, and BTVTED/BTLED Room 136.

With the assistance of the dedicated COMSELEC officers‚ the students were able to go through the entire voting process properly‚ thus ensuring that the election would be orderly and efficient․ The accredited watchers from each of the parties nominated during the election period certainly helped ensure transparency and non-partisan sincerity on the counting of votes․

Every vote means stronger student representation‚ a better tomorrow‚ and a brighter future for the MinSU community․ Together, let's continue building a campus where every voice is heard and every vote counts. 💙💛
