Mental health is not just a mere concept—it is a never-ending journey of fighting and healing.

Today, as we celebrate World Mental Health Day, we are reminded to prioritize our peace and well-being above temporary burdens that will only bring us long-lasting exhaustion. Take a deep breath and know that it's okay to not be okay. Healing isn't linear, and giving yourself permission to rest is not a sign of weakness, but a vital step toward reclaiming your strength. Extend that grace to your own mind.

You are always worth the effort it takes to heal. 💙

Happy World Teacher's Day! 💙✨️

Today, we honor and recognize the hardwork and patience of all teachers who do not only teach us academics but also allow us to learn hope, perseverance, and virtue every single day. Behind every great project, impressive scores, and a fueled future leader, there are is a "Ma'am/Sir" who inspired us and believed in us first.

Thank you for shaping minds, opening doors, and tirelessly encouraging us to grow and make our dreams come true as you guide us from setbacks to setbacks. You do far more than teach—you help create our tomorrow.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 💎✨️

Theory met practice in our Parliamentary Procedure yesterday, September 23, as participants took the floor under Mr. Lance Jireh Bontogon's in-depth session on the parliamentary fundamentals, followed by the show-off skills of our very own Warriors in a live mock National Congress Simulation.

We did not only master motion management, floor dynamics, proposing amendments, and effective assembly governance—we were equipped with the tools to lead with confidence and drive real change.

Thank you to Sir Lance and to every Warrior delegate who stepped up to voice their movement and be the change toward better governance! 💙

𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧; 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗩𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗧

Today, September 21, we join the nation in commemorating the declaration of Martial Law—a pivotal chapter in our Philippine history that tested the democracy and solidarity of our Filipino people.

As Warriors ignited by our core values to stand for communal development, social responsibility, integrity, and truth, we remain firm against historical distortion. Recognizing the past is more than just remembering what had happened; it is an active commitment to safeguard our human rights, demand accountability for the present, and preserve our freedom for the future.

We stand for truth and justice. And that's my Y.
