𝐎𝐍 𝐐𝐔𝐎𝐓𝐄 | On the sixth and final day of Partido State University's 25th Commencement Exercises, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐄𝐝𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐲𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐒. 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬, Regional Director of the Department of Economy, Planning and Development Region V and Member of the ParSU Board of Regents, delivered a heartfelt message to the graduates of the College of Sustainable Communities and Ecosystems – Caramoan Campus.

Drawing from the themes of community, service, and nation-building, Director Berces reminded the graduates to remain rooted in the values and experiences that shaped them. She emphasized that true success is measured not only by personal accomplishments but also by the lives they touch and the communities they help uplift.

Reflecting on the role of the youth in shaping the nation's future, Director Berces encouraged the Class of 2026 to carry their knowledge, values, and aspirations beyond the University and into the communities they will serve. She underscored that the Philippines needs their talents, fresh ideas, and commitment today, calling on the graduates to become leaders, innovators, and changemakers who will help build a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable future.

𝐎𝐍 𝐐𝐔𝐎𝐓𝐄 | During the fifth day of Partido State University's 25th Commencement Exercises, 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. Addressing the graduates of the College of Agribusiness and Community Development – Salogon Campus, College of Fisheries and Marine Science – Sagñay Campus, College of Environmental Science and Design – Tinambac Campus, and College of Public Safety and Community Health – Lagonoy Campus, Director Milla emphasized that success in today's rapidly changing landscape is not defined solely by technical competence, but by skills anchored in strong values and sustained by lifelong learning.

Director Milla further underscored that true success becomes meaningful when it contributes to the well-being of others. Whatever path they choose, graduates were urged to leave every community stronger, every profession more ethical, the nation better through their service, and the planet healthier for future generations.

CHED COMMISSIONER DESIDERIO R. APAG III VISITS PARTIDO STATE UNIVERSITY - COLLEGE OF SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES AND ECOSYSTEMS (CARAMOAN CAMPUS)

The Partido State University (ParSU), through its College of Sustainable Communities and Ecosystems (Caramoan Campus), had the honor of hosting Commissioner Dr. Desiderio R. Apag III of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) during his official visit yesterday, June 12, 2026.

Commissioner Apag, accompanied by University President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo and Dr. Michael A. Clores, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Concurrent Dean of Caramoan Campus, along with Board Secretary V Leih Anne R. Odoño, Board Secretary I Judith Agravante, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the campus dormitory, laboratories, library, support-to-operation offices, and other facilities, underscoring CHED’s commitment to ensuring that higher education institutions are equipped to deliver quality instruction and services.

As part of his visit, Commissioner Apag also checked the laboratory and field equipment, gears, and tools procured under CHED-funded projects, specifically the Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (CHED‑IDIG) and the Leading the Advancement of Knowledge in Agriculture and Sciences (CHED‑LAKAS) program. These initiatives are designed to strengthen academic infrastructure, enhance research capabilities, and support the advancement of science and agriculture education.

His presence at the Caramoan Campus reflects CHED’s continuing dedication to empowering universities and colleges in their mission to foster academic excellence, research innovation, and sustainable community development.
