Orientation and Election of Officers of NSTP Kaagapay Castilla Campus

On August 22, 2026, we gathered at SorSU Castilla Campus for Project Binhi 2.1. A meaningful occasion dedicated to nurturing future leaders and reaffirming our commitment to service. Just as seeds need care to grow, this orientation and election marks the beginning of growth for every NSTP member here.

The orientation reminded us that NSTP is more than a program . It’s a call to serve our communities and our nation with purpose. Leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about leading with a servant’s heart and making a meaningful impact.

Through the Election of Officers, we welcomed a new team ready to carry this mission forward. To our newly elected officers: may you lead with integrity, compassion, and dedication. May you inspire others to serve alongside you and grow together as one community.

The Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) in the Philippines is a program under the National Service Training Program (NSTP) that trains college students in military skills, discipline, and leadership, preparing them to become part of the country’s reserve force and to serve in times of national need.

Welcome to 𝗣𝗔𝗚-𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗠 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀' 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, happening on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟯–𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, via the Zoom platform. Orientation sessions will be held from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬–𝟭𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 (Morning Session) and 𝟭:𝟬𝟬–𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 (Afternoon Session).

As you begin your college journey, this orientation will introduce you to the National Service Training Program (NSTP) and its vital role in developing responsible, compassionate, and service-oriented citizens. Whether you are enrolled in ROTC, CWTS, or LTS, you'll gain a deeper understanding of each component, its objectives, and the opportunities it offers for your personal growth, leadership, and commitment to nation-building.

During the orientation, you'll learn about the goals and significance of NSTP, the value of volunteerism and community engagement, and how your participation can create meaningful change in society. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask questions, clarify important information, and prepare yourself for a purposeful and rewarding NSTP experience.
