Demonstrating a renewed commitment to organizational excellence and service, the officers and members of the Beta Lambda Upsilon Fraternity actively participated in ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ: ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด held from August 22 to 23, 2026, at Ibabao Hall, Provincial Capitol, Catarman, Northern Samar.
The training gathered university, college, and fraternity student leaders and members for a series of interactive workshops, alignment sessions, and strategic planning modules designed to hone core leadership capabilities and fortify organizational unity. Throughout the weekend, participants engaged in structured discussions focused on crafting resolutions and position papers, administrative and procurement processes for student leaders, navigating the USC Constitution, university governance, student policies, and the university code, leading with empathy: mental health, inclusion, and ethical leadership, building strategic partnerships and collaborative networks, introduction to LEaP program, the art of public speaking and effective communication, and leading successful projects and events.
By grounding their sessions in the theme โ๐ง๐ผ๐ด๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ, ๐ช๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ,โ the training served as an interactive space for officers to align their organizational goals for the upcoming year while giving members a platform to contribute ideas toward sustainable community initiatives and campus involvement.
