The City Government of Catbalogan, in coordination with the City Public Employment Service Office (CPESO), is bringing you a massive, one-stop event for employment and government services. Whether you are looking for local work, overseas employment, or need to process essential government documents, here is everything you need to know.

Phase 1: Pre-Registration
When: June 8โ9, 2026
Where: Catbalogan City Hall Lobby
Why Pre-register? Beat the long lines on the main event day and get your documents pre-screened early!
Phase 2: The Main Event (Job & Service Fair)
When: Friday, June 19, 2026 | Starts at 9:00 AM
Where: Samar Convention Center
STEP-BY-STEP APPLICANT GUIDE
To make your experience seamless and successful, follow these five simple steps:
Step 1: Secure Your Pre-Registration (June 8โ9)
Head over to the Catbalogan City Hall Lobby. Bring your basic application documents to get registered in the system early. If you miss this, walk-ins are still accepted on June 19, but pre-registering saves you significant time.
Step 2: Prepare Your "What to Bring" Checklist
Before leaving the house, ensure your target package is organized inside a clean folder or envelope to keep them pristine.
For Local Job Seekers:
-Multiple copies of your updated Resume/CV
-School Credentials (Transcript of Records, Diploma, or Form 138)
-Valid ID (if available)
-Paper & Pen (Ballpen is a must for filling out forms!)
For Overseas Job Seekers:
-Multiple copies of your updated Resume/CV
-Valid Passport & Valid ID (Crucial for overseas processing)
-School & Training Credentials
-Paper & Pen
For Government Service Availment:
-Valid ID
-Online Appointment confirmation page (if applicable to your agency)

Step 3: Dress for Success (June 19)
Arrive at the Samar Convention Center before 9:00 AM. Wear smart casual or professional attire. First impressions last, and you will be facing hiring managers and agency representatives directly.
Step 4: Map Out Your Targets
Looking for work? Head straight to the Employers' Booths (Local or Overseas section).
Need Government Documents? Line up at the specific agency desks listed in the One-Stop-Shop section below.
Step 5: Stay Refreshed & Hydro-Smart
