MENTAL HEALTH BREAK | October 9, 2026

In celebration of World Mental Health Day, the Office of the Guidance and Counseling invites everyone to pause, breathe, and take a moment for themselves.

Tomorrow, we step away from the rush, not because we are giving up, but because rest is part of growth, and caring for our mental health is part of caring for ourselves.💚

Take a break. Breathe. Reconnect. You deserve it.

ICATians, your mental health matters. Always.
