ADMISSIONS ANNOUNCEMENT‼

With the increase of COVID-19 cases in Cebu City and within Cebu Province, and as per CTU Memo PH02-322 s. 2021, the Admissions Office for Undergraduate Studies is on a WORK FROM HOME arrangement. Hence, phone queries and walk-in transactions are unavailable at the moment.

Please send your admissions queries through our official email, [email protected]. The Admissions Office will try to answer all your emails even though we lack manpower, so we ask for your patience and understanding. Applicants qualified for enrollment are advised to contact their respective colleges regarding their enrollment concerns (e.g. ID number, CTU email, etc.). Please stay at home and do not visit the campus, be part of the solution not part of the problem. Keep safe everyone!

Good news! Emails and verification codes are back on track. Thus, online testing and enrolment notifcations can be sent now through email. You can check your application status using your tracking code or you can check your email inbox for updates. Thank you and have a good day! 😊

Attention: New Applicants and Applicants for Reschedule

The online entrance exam will now resume even though the email function of the admissions portal has not yet been fixed. Please refer to the instructions below on how you will be able to access your exam link.

How to get my exam link even without receiving email notification?
Applicant must:

1) Track his/ her application in the admissions portal using his/ her tracking code.
*This will be the same procedures to be able to know your exam schedule. Always check your application in the portal.

2) Once the application profile will appear, click the portion “Click here for your exam link” to be redirected to the exam page.
*Exam link will only be available during your test schedule. Click the exam link 30 minutes before the time of your exam. DO NOT BE LATE!!!

3) Take the practice test 30 minutes before the time of the actual exam.
4) Click submit once done.

Please be informed that all admissions-related activities (e.g. online application, checking of application status, online testing and posting of results) are stopped as of the moment. Admissions portal and all other portal sites (e.g. registrar, student portal) of CTU are down and could not be accessed in and outside of the Main Campus. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Keep posted in our FB page for updates! 👌

Please be informed that the Admissions Portal could not be access from outside of the Main Campus, only those inside the Main Campus could have access due to network problems. Stay tuned for more updates!

Due to system maintenance activity, THE VERIFICATION CODE HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY BYPASSED. Upon accessing your tracking code and entering your email address, the portal automatically issues a verification code. Thus, there is no need to wait for an email and just click "continue" to proceed. Additionally, examination schedules as of the moment are postponed until further notice. Keep posted! 😊
