Alpha Diagnostic Center will be holding a Mobile Clinic services on JUNE 𝟎𝟏-𝟎𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐓𝐔 𝐃𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬. For your ease and convenience, you may avail of there Laboratory packages. Please see attached photo for reference.

𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧: You are not required to secure your Medical Requirements exclusively with Alpha Diagnostic Center. You could still secure your Medical Requirements at any DOH Accredited Laboratory near you or of your choice.

Please be informed of the schedule for the Admission Examination:
🗓 Date: Thursday, May 28, 2026 (Thursday)
🕘 Time: 8:00 AM onwards
📍 Venue: CTU Bantayan Covered Court
🔹 Please ensure that you are in proper attire.
🔹 Bring the following items:
✔ Pencil and Ballpen
✔ Exam Permit (download and print from the admission portal)
⏰ Kindly arrive at least 30 minutes early for verification and further instructions.

Important: This is the final exam schedule. Students who missed their previous exam date must take it now, as there will be no further opportunities.
