Never.

For as long as Filipinos know that Tatay Digong remains inside the ICC Detention Facility, there will always be people willing to brave the weather, endure long journeys, and bear whatever expenses are necessary to show their love and support for a leader they deeply admire.

When Congressman Joel Chua declared, "The Duterte Era is over," he was not speaking from facts, evidence, or empirical data. He was expressing a personal opinion, one that stems from resentment toward a political phenomenon he could neither ignore nor replicate.

Imagine witnessing the rise of the Dutertes and the enduring support they continue to receive from millions of Filipinos despite relentless criticism, political attacks, and controversy. Their influence remains a reality that their opponents must reckon with.

Joel Chua and others may dismiss, criticize, or oppose the Dutertes, but the loyalty of their supporters remains strong. The Dutertes continue to command significant public attention and affection among many Filipinos.
