The 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 is conducting a 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 for the proposed 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 at the CNU Main Campus.

As we explore this initiative, we want to hear from the students who may benefit from the service. Your responses will help us assess the demand, understand your preferences, and determine how the proposed photo studio can better serve the student body.

The 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 – 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 conducted their 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 for Academic Year 2026-2027 via Zoom yesterday, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The session united Bloc Chairs, Organizational Heads, College Council Officers, External Campus representatives, and student leaders to discuss about important matters and raise concerns.

The assembly served as a platform to inform student leaders on the ongoing institutional developments, unite organizational heads under a shared vision, and review council progress. The General Assembly also presented the upcoming university initiatives and engaged in meaningful dialogue to address student concerns.

The elections named Regine Brianne Dosdos of the I-Mind Psychology Society as Head and Bea Pauline Abarcar of the English Fellows Organization as Deputy Head of the Organizational Mayors' League. Leading the Bloc Chairpersons' League are Sarah Lane Dagatan from BSEd Social Studies 4A as Head and Gerard Adrian Uy from BS Psychology 4A as Deputy Head.

With collective leadership and active collaboration, the assembly aimed to align student leaders, strengthen communication across organizations, and work toward a more united and inclusive Normalite community.

The CNU Main Campus – Supreme Student Council President Kurt Justin D. Jacalan, has officially issued 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, entitled “𝗔𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 - 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝗲 (𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗧).”

This Executive Order formally establishes a framework to streamline council transactions, eliminate unnecessary administrative delays, and enforce fast, transparent, and student-centric governance. Under this order, the council creates the Executive Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART). 𝗧𝗼 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗘𝗢 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Simple requests such as equipment borrowing, basic inquiries, printing, letter sign-offs, and information dissemination must be processed 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝟯 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀.

Complex matters, including event hosting requests, technical assistance, document issuances, and publication approvals, have a 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝟳 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟬 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀. Highly technical transactions, such as budget requests and insurance claims, will be processed within 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝟬 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀. Strict constitutional due process and grievance mechanisms are also instituted to ensure officer accountability against intentional service delays or document hoarding.

Through this measure, the Council reaffirms its commitment to upholding student rights, transparency, and administrative efficiency across all services. We encourage all Normalites and student organization leaders to familiarize themselves with these streamlined mechanisms to ensure a more responsive student government.

The CNU Main-SSC attended the “𝗧𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹: 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁”, an event organized by 𝗗𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗔 last 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, at 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿, 𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗠𝗔 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, in commemoration to the annual 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀’ 𝗗𝗮𝘆.

The event comprised of a 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗭𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵, highlighting what it means to promote everyday heroism in fighting for climate justice to account the environmental urgent issues that is happening in the Philippines, and for the Filipinos to continue advocating for our environmental rights while protecting the people who protects our nature.

Celebrating National Heroes' Day, we are reminded that 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥. ✊
