The CNU Unified Comelec is an independent constitutional body created by the CNU Supreme Student Government borne out to serve the students and protect their right to suffrage. The commission's principal role is to enforce and administer all rules and regulations relative to the conduct of elections as well as settling election issues and controversies. In the pursuit of truth, the commission aims to determine the true will of the students for all government authority emanates from them.

The En Banc deliberated on matters central to the Commissionโ€™s electoral mandate, foremost of which was the Official Election Guidelines for the 2026 Special Elections, scheduled on September 18, 2026. The Commission likewise laid the groundwork for its First Semester Member Development & Training, reinforcing its commitment to the continuing formation of its electoral personnel.

Further deliberations covered the proposed Oath-Taking Ceremony for newly appointed U-COMELEC Officers and Staffers, together with College Council Officers who were unable to take their oath during the Unified Induction Ceremony last May. The En Banc also advanced its preparations for the 2026 GRASSO General Elections, an electoral exercise intended for the Universityโ€™s graduating school students, and discussed initial plans for the Commissionโ€™s 1st General Assembly for the First Semester of A.Y. 2026โ€“2027.

With the consideration of additional matters and policy proposals, the session formally concluded. Each deliberation reflects the Commissionโ€™s continuing pursuit of orderly electoral administration, accountable leadership, and principled democratic governanceโ€”strengthening the systems through which the student vote is protected and heard.
