𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨. In 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟗, the Collegiate Engineering Council was founded in response to the need for water
provision for intramurals athletes. The initiative was taken to set up water stations
during games and was the organization’s earliest activity. After over 33 years of serving the Carolinian Student Body, C

EC is regarded as a 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 with 𝟐𝟑 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 for organizing major events implementing Scientia, Virtus, and Devotio.

• TC DAYS: A week-long event in celebration of the culture of the TC Carolinians. It features the following major events: Then & Now, Amazing Race, E-Sports, Praise Jam

• LOVE DAYS: The prime celebration of love in college.

• WOMEN'S MONTH CELEBRATION: To submit into a dedicated celebration for women.

• ENGINEERING WEEK: The annual week-long event to celebrate the engineering college. It features various activities such as leagues for various sports, mind-blogging quiz bowls, and conferences with various engineering professionals.

• TC LEAGUE: A league of sports competition in TC.

• COMMUNITY EXTENSION SERVICES: Webinars, Donation Drives, Tree Planting and many more.

• USC BOOK FAIR: Buy and sell used books!

• ENGINEERING NOTES DRIVE: Share your practice problems and notes.

• ENGINEERING FINANCIAL PLANNING: Aims to give students an idea of how to properly manage their finances.

• ART WEEK: A chance to show Engineering students’ creativity!

ENGINEERING TOOLKIT: A kit for engineering students to know more about their programs & other useful detail during their stay in the college. ENGINEERING EXE-COM CONFERENCE: An assembly for the various officers of the different Engineering Organizations to discuss the different activities for the incoming academic year. ENGINEERING UNIFIED TUTORIALS: A session for tutoring Freshmen and Sophomores on the general engineering subjects for the upcoming major exams. CEC is the unifying school council for SOE and we work with your respective department course councils. CEC believes in a united engineering studentry of a strong foundation for academic and social growth. CEC also believes that a harmonious relationship between students and educators is the front of intellectual excellence. We envision CEC to be an instrument that instills in us the merits of intellectual discipline, honor, integrity, social concerns and moral responsibility. We are your collegiate engineering council & we believe in leadership & excellence.
