Good day Visayanians!

The Student Records and Data Management, under its new management, has been adjusting a lot this month. And so we would like to inform you of its new transaction hours and its schemes on how to process each transaction. These changes would take effect beginning Monday, May 3, 2021.

New Transaction Hours (Mon-Fri)
8:00-11:00 AM, 1:00-4:00 PM

A. HOW TO REQUEST SCHOOL RECORDS:
The Registrar will accommodate 40 slots per day on a first-come-first serve basis (20 in the morning and 20 in the afternoon.) The priority numbers will be released by the guard on duty.

B. HOW TO CLAIM THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS:
By presenting the claim stub or appointment booking to the guard on duty. (The claim stub or appointment booking will serve as the ENTRY PASS of the requestor.)

C. HOW TO SUBMIT ADMISSION CREDENTIALS:
By presenting your records/credentials to the Admission’s in-charge located at the UV Main-Gate (Entrance.)

This April 12-17, 2021, the University of the Visayas, College of Arts & Sciences will be celebrating its Centennial or 100th year anniversary with the theme, “The Centenary of the College of Arts & Sciences: Transformation through Innovation and Excellence”. This week-long celebration aims to:
• celebrate the 100th Year of the College of Arts and sciences: its achievements, products, and milestones throughout the century;
• award Outstanding Alumni for AY 2020-2021;
• recognize CAS students who have excelled academically;
• showcase research papers of CAS students thru a Research Conference;
• promote and strengthen camaraderie, friendship and teamwork among the CAS students through academic, literary, performing arts and other various activities that will showcase the diversity and unity of the College that reflects Transformation through Innovation and Excellence.

It is along in this line that we would like to invite you to join Mobile Legends Tournament and Himamat 2021: Alumni Fellowship.
