The BSEd- Mathematics program is celebrating a double victory following the Literary, Musical, and Dramatic Arts Festival held at the BISU Main Campus. Leading the charge, 𝙈𝙎𝘼 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚 -𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙋. 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙨 𝙄𝙄𝙄 earned the championship title in the Oration (Filipino) category with a powerful performance. Joining him, 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙈𝙨. 𝙄𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙖 𝙀𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙨𝙞𝙨 secured a solid third-place finish in the Pagsusulat ng Sanaysay competition.

These achievements bring immense honor to the Clarin Campus, showcasing the diverse talents of its student leaders. The Mathematics Student Association proudly recognizes their hard work and dedication, noting that these wins reflect the high caliber of students within the department.

🏆𝙈𝙎𝘼 𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙡 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 2025

In line with the Year-End celebration, BISU Clarin Campus conducted various contests, with the Giant Parol Making Contest among six programs serving as one of the highlights. On December 12, 2025, the Mathematics Student Association (MSA) was hailed as the champion after a thorough evaluation by the judges.

It was a surreal moment that left everyone in shock, especially since there were significant issues with their lights due to the unforeseen weather. Still, they did not lose hope and waited until the most thrilling part of the program: the awarding ceremony. With eyes closed and emotions running high, the crowd waited. By God’s grace, MSA brought home the championship. This title is more than just an award; it is a reflection of the hard work, compassion, and determination of both students and instructors. It provided a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their talents. To all MSA members, congratulations on winning the 2025 Parol Making Contest! Your skills were the key to this success.🏆✨️

𝐀 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲🎄🌟

We are proud to share the success of our 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹. The parol was created using a variety of locally available materials including ginit, abaca fiber, unas(d*ad banana leaves), raffia fiber, bagol, dahon sa lubi, dead flowers, bilao, d*ad leaves, popsicle sticks for the belen, cogon, and bamboo for the skeleton. Each material played an important role in shaping the parol and showed how resourcefulness and creativity can turn simple items into something meaningful.

This Giant Parol Making was made possible through the cooperation of the BSED Mathematics students. Despite having academic responsibilities and other commitments, they still managed to dedicate hours to this activity. Their patience and attention to detail ensured that every part of the parol was made with care, from preparing the materials to assembling the design.

The Giant Parol is not only a decoration but also a symbol of unity, effort, and tradition. It represents how collaboration and dedication can lead to great results. ✨️

Mathematics Student Association (MSA) extends its congratulations to the students of Math 1, Math 2, Math 3, and Math 4 for successfully hosting their respective Year-End Celebrations.

These gatherings were a fantastic way for each year level to conclude the semester, marked by engaging games, thoughtful gift exchanges, and festive lunch. This collection of moments reflects the high spirits and strong camaraderie found within every class.

We celebrate the unity and success demonstrated by our future educators across all levels. Thank you to everyone for concluding the year on such a joyful note. Wishing all BSED Mathematics students a wonderful and restful holiday break!
