Dr. Rebucas is recognized for his dedication to advancing quality education and promoting academic excellence through teaching, research, and community engagement. He has conducted studies focusing on mathematics and science performance, psychosocial attributes of learners, and inclusive education practices. In addition to his academic and research engagements, he was recognized as an Outstanding Peer Reviewer across international and national journals from several reputable publications, highlighting his commitment to scholarly integrity and research quality. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management from Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc. in June 2025, graduating with Latin honors in recognition of his academic excellence and significant research contributions.

His professional interests focus on educational management and administration, curriculum and instruction, social sciences and community extension initiatives. Johnel T. Lumacao is a Filipino educator, researcher, and campus journalism adviser currently affiliated with the Philippine Science High School – Davao Region Campus in Davao City. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Filipino as cm laude and his Master of Arts in Filipino at Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology. He is presently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Filipino at the University of Mindanao in Davao City. His scholarly interests focus on language, literature, machine translation, and contemporary Filipino linguistics. He has presented research papers at academic conferences and published studies in peer-reviewed journals on language use, translation, and literary criticism. Beyond academics, Lumacao is actively involved in campus journalism, serving as a trainer, speaker, and adviser for various press conferences and journalism programs in the Davao Region. He serves as the adviser of Bagwis-Agham, recognized as the Best School Paper during the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) 2024. He was also recognized as the Most Outstanding School Paper Adviser in Davao City and one of the Davao Region’s Most Outstanding School Paper Advisers. In addition, he is a recipient of the Sinagtala Teaching Award in the Philippine Science High School System.

He also has four years of experience in academic leadership, particularly in instructional supervision, program coordination, quality assurance, and research development. He earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biological Sciences, Master of Arts in Education major in Teaching Science, and Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Leadership. He has presented and published numerous studies in international journals and conferences. He also serves as a peer reviewer, external validator, and research mentor. Jeric Escosio Suguis is a researcher and Physical Education instructor whose work focuses on pedagogy, as well as contemporary sports training, human movement science, and instructional practices in Physical Education. He is actively engaged in studying and applying evidence-based approaches that enhance teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes in education. In his research, he explores how structured instruction and teaching methodologies can enhance student engagement, motor skill development, and overall learning performance in educational settings. Alongside his research work, he serves as a mentor to student-researchers, guiding studies centered on pedagogy and Physical Education practices. He is also involved in developing sports culture and socio-cultural programs that promote active participation and holistic student development. As a Physical Education instructor, he teaches college students by developing their motor skills, movement competence, and appreciation for physical activity through structured, meaningful learning experiences. Through integrating research and practice, he aims to elevate Physical Education and contribute to a more competent, engaged, and health-oriented student community.

Jojine S. Cobrado is an emerging researcher and academic contributor from the Philippines with interests in agriculture, soil science, plant pathology, and sustainable farming systems. His work focuses on issues affecting crop productivity and environmental sustainability, particularly in banana production systems, compost technology, and disease management. He is currently the Project Leader of “Ag Waste to Food: Improving Super Compost from Agricultural Wastes for Banana Yield Increase and Potential Disease control.

Cobrado has published around 20 journals and research articles related to his field of specialization. His recent works include studies on mango anthracnose, soil ecology, and sustainable Cavendish banana farming systems in Mindanao. At present, he is pursuing a PhD in Agriculture at Agusan del Sur State University, further strengthening his expertise in sustainable and science-based agricultural development.

𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: Plant Pathology and Economics

Jojine S. Cobrado is an emerging researcher and academic contributor from the Philippines with interests in agriculture, soil science, plant pathology, and sustainable farming systems. His work focuses on issues affecting crop productivity and environmental sustainability, particularly in banana production systems, compost technology, and disease management. He is currently the Project Leader of “Ag Waste to Food: Improving Super Compost from Agricultural Wastes for Banana Yield Increase and Potential Disease control.

Cobrado has published around 20 journals and research articles related to his field of specialization. His recent works include studies on mango anthracnose, soil ecology, and sustainable Cavendish banana farming systems in Mindanao. At present, he is pursuing a PhD in Agriculture at Agusan del Sur State University, further strengthening his expertise in sustainable and science-based agricultural development.
