A community-driven clean-up activity was conducted at Nangka National High School in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Consolacion and the LGU Skeptrons Consolacion yesterday November 19, 2025. United effort aimed to restore safety and cleanliness on campus following recent aftermath of Bagyong Tino. Volunteers worked hand-in-hand in clearing debris, cleaning classrooms and surroundings, and preparing the school environment for learners’ return.

This initiative highlights the strong spirit of bayanihan in Consolacion—showing that when the community works together, rebuilding becomes faster and stronger.The activity shares the commitment of the Local Government Unit of Condolacion, LGU Skeptrons Alumni & Professional volunteers, and partner organizations to support the school and promote a safe, learning-friendly environment for all students.

LGU Skeptrons Alumni & Professional Fraternity and Sorority Clean-Up Drive and Bayanihan at Cansaga Elementary School After Bagyong Tino

In the spirit of solidarity and community service, the LGU, together with members of the LGU Consolacion Skeptron Fraternity and Sorority, conducted a clean-up drive and bayanihan activity at Cansaga Elementary School following the aftermath of Bagyong Tino. The typhoon left debris, scattered waste, and minor damages around the school grounds, affecting its readiness for the return of students and teachers.

The activity brought together volunteers who worked hand in hand to clear fallen branches, remove mud and garbage, clean classrooms, and restore order to the school premises. Armed with brooms, rakes, and unwavering dedication, the team demonstrated how unity and cooperation can help communities recover more quickly from calamities.

Beyond cleaning, the initiative also served as an opportunity to strengthen teamwork, brotherhood , compassion, and civic responsibility among the volunteers. The spirit of bayanihan was strongly felt as everyone worked with a shared goal—to make Cansaga Elementary School a safe, clean, and welcoming place for students after the storm.

This joint effort stands as a testament to the commitment of the LGU and the LGU Skeptrons Brotherhood and Sisterhood to support local communities, especially during times of need. Through collective action and a genuine desire to help, the team proved that rebuilding is possible when people come together with purpose and heart.

Last August 2, 2025 days before our 52nd Founding Anniversary our Bros and Sis from the LGU Skeptrons visited Consolacion Municipal Jail they distributed health kits and packed meals ishowing powerful act of compassion, solidarity, and fraternal love—especially when done in the spirit of Christian service.
