ONLINE APPLICATION FOR THE CSU-CAQE

Online Application for the Cotabato State University College Admission and Qualifying Examination (CSU-CAQE) for Incoming Freshmen and Transferees for Academic Year 2022-2023 is now open.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE APPLYING:

The application for the CSU-CAQE is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED BASIS.

The University has set a quota of examinees for both INCOMING FRESHMEN AND TRANSFEREES; and the access to the form will be open Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting April 27, 2022.

THE ACCESS TO THE LINK OF THE FORM WILL BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED UPON REACHING THE QUOTA OF EXAMINEES.

Applicants for the CAQE are advised to prepare the digital copies (scanned or photo) of the following requirements before opening the link to the form:

• 2x2 ID Photo (with name tag and white background)

• Form 138 or Report Card for Incoming Freshmen with the student's recent grade)/Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades for Transferees

• School ID for Incoming Freshmen or Any Valid ID for Transferees

THE EXAMINATION PERMITS FOR THE CSU-CAQE WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESSES OF THE QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.

THE NAMES OF THE QUALIFIED APPLICANTS, AND THEIR DATE AND TIME OF EXAMINATION, WILL BE POSTED ON THE GTO FB PAGE.
