Commissioner Ong, it is truly a pleasure and a privilege to work alongside you, especially in your capacity as Chairperson of the UCN Board of Regents. Your guidance, encouragement, and genuine support mean so much to us as we continue to build a stronger and better University of Camarines Norte.

I am personally grateful for the trust and support you have extended to our University and to my leadership. Your presence in UCN's journey makes this milestone even more meaningful to us.

As you mark your first year as CHED Commissioner, I join the entire UCN community in wishing you continued strength, wisdom, good health, and success in all your endeavors.May you continue to touch more lives and inspire positive change in Philippine higher education.

It is with great pride that I extend my warmest congratulations to CAMILLE ANN PEARL DE LUNA for securing the first gold medal for the University of Camarines Norte at RSCUAA 2026 in the Women's Javelin Throw event. This remarkable achievement reflects the discipline, perseverance, and commitment to excellence that define the spirit of our student-athletes.

I likewise commend our dedicated coaches, Manilyn V. Dasco, Julie Flores, Dr. Edwin R. Ichiano, and Dr. Ryan S. Rodriguez, whose guidance, dedication, and unwavering support have contributed significantly to this milestone. Their collective efforts reaffirm the importance of nurturing athletic excellence alongside academic achievement and character development.

Estevez, DPA, SUC President III, congratulates the entire University of Camarines Norte (UCN) community for successfully maintaining its ISO 9001:2015 Certification following the TÜV Rheinland Second Surveillance Audit conducted on October 5–8, 2026. He commends everyone's dedication, teamwork, and commitment to institutional excellence.

𝐔𝐂𝐍 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝟑𝟐 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐅𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐒

The Office of the University President proudly congratulates the 32 successful examinees of University of Camarines Norte–Mercedes Campus, who passed the October 2026 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Examination.The University posted an overall passing rate of 76.19%, with 32 passers out of 42 examinees. First-time takers achieved an impressive 81.25% passing rate, with 26 out of 32 examinees successfully passing the examination.

This achievement reflects the dedication and perseverance of our graduates, the commitment of our faculty and mentors, and the continuing pursuit of academic excellence at UCN. We also recognize all examinees who took the licensure examination and encourage them to continue moving forward with determination and purpose.
