The 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐂), in collaboration with the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐂), conducted the election of officers during the 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐒 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, with the participation of all first-year college student mayors per college departments.

The election served as a meaningful opportunity for the student mayors to exercise their right to vote and actively participate in shaping the future leadership of the College of Arts and Sciences. Through this democratic process, they took part in selecting the next set of officers who will uphold the responsibilities of student leadership, represent their fellow students, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the CAS community.

This collaboration reflects the importance of student participation, responsible leadership, and democratic representation in fostering a more engaged and empowered student body.

The 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐂) formally adopts the existing 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 as 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐱 𝐁: 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 of the APEC Constitution and By-Laws for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The Performance Evaluation Manual shall serve as the official and annually applicable guide in conducting performance evaluations, establishing consistent standards, procedures, and criteria to promote accountability, fairness, and continuous improvement within the Commission.

A Resolution formally requires all internally appointed officers of student organizations to carry the designation "Officer-in-Charge (OIC)" preceding their respective positions. This policy seeks to preserve the distinction between elected, appointed, and internally appointed officers, while promoting transparency, accountability, and the integrity of the University's electoral and appointment systems. The designation "OIC" shall appear in all official documents, records, publicity materials, and communications concerning internally appointed officers. This Resolution shall apply to the Supreme Student Council (SSC), Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Local Student Councils (LSCs), and Registered Student Organizations (RSOs).
