How to join The Fraternal Order of Eagles(Philippine Eagles)- Sidlakan Warriors Eagles Club

Please be reminded of this: "To be an Eagle, it must be EARNED, NOT GIVEN”

1. Procedure: Before any applicant for membership to any Eagles Club, hereinafter called Aspirant, can be accepted as a new member thereof, he shall pass through the following steps, called the 5 I's

Need to fill out the ff. form:
1.1 Letter of Intent (LOI)
1.2 Application Form for ID
1.3 Membership Application

2. Go Through 5 I's

Interview
Introduction
Incubation
Initiation/Inception
Induction

3. During the process all expenses for food and venue etc., will be equally divided to all applicants and bonafide Kuya.

We practice EQUALITY.

4. Prepare the following:

NBI Clearance
Police Clearance
Barangay Clearance
Drug Test

5. Attend three (3) consecutive General Monthly Meetings (GMM)

6. Three (3) consecutive Community Services without fail.

7. Applicants should have 3 T's

7.1 TIME
7.2 TREASURE
7.3 TALENT

8. We do all this for GOD and COUNTRY (Deo Et Patria)

9. Our guiding principle is "Service Through Strong Brotherhood".

10. Leave your RANK and TITLE outside our nest and forget whatever your position in other organization.

11. MOST OF ALL, know your OBJECTIVE in joining. Make sure you don't use it for your own PERSONAL VESTED INTEREST!!

Sidlakan Warriors Eagles Club (SWEC) successfully conducted a donation drive, providing sports equipments and Cash for Medals to Pili Integrated School, Brgy. Pili Danao City, Cebu .This meaningful initiative was led by our Club President, Kuya Hon. Danny Roble , with the shared goal of supporting youth development through sports and active living.

May this simple act inspire students to stay active, disciplined, and motivated in both academics and athletics. Together, we continue to serve and uplift our community.

"WAG SANA NATIN KALIMUTAN ANG TUNAY NA KAHULOGAN NG PAGIGING AGILA"

Sa bawat sulok ng ating komunidad, may mga taong handang tumindig, kumilos, at mag-alay ng oras para sa kapakanan ng iba. Ngunit higit pa sa anumang talento o lakas, ang tunay na nagbibigay buhay sa ating paglilingkod ay ang matatag na pagkakapatiran, ang pagkakaisa ng puso, layunin, at pagkilos.

Ang “serbisyo sa pamamagitan ng matatag na kapatiran” ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagtulong; ito ay tungkol sa pagtindig nang magkakasama. Kapag may sakuna, may problema, o hamon sa ating bayan, hindi tayo umiikot bilang indibidwal, tayo ay kumikilos bilang magkakapatid, buo at nagkakaisa.

Sa bawat kamay na nakahandang tumulong, sa bawat balikat na handang sumalo, at sa bawat tinig na handang ipagtanggol ang tama, naroon ang diwa ng tunay na kapatiran. Dahil ang tunay na paglilingkod ay hindi nasusukat sa bigat ng ating nagawa, kundi sa tibay ng ating samahan habang ginagawa ito.

Kaya’t patuloy natin palakasin ang ugnayan, pagtutulungan, at malasakit sa isa’t isa. Dahil sa mundong puno ng pagsubok, ang pagkakapatirang matatag ay sandatang hindi kayang buwagin ng anumang unos.
