The 2020 TWSP Batch 1 participants of Contact Center Services NC II underwent the preliminary activities such as answering the data gathering instruments (i.e. self-check and pre-test). They also asked to introduce themselves using the English language to gauge their communication skills.

The participants were also given a training kit courtesy of the training institution which includes a bag, alcohol, mask, notepad, ballpen and the Competency-based Learning Module (CBLM).

Strict compliance to COVID-19 health protocols is observed during the training. The health and safety of the participants and trainers are utmost importance.
