CSSPnians, we are officially cleared for final approach! Before we take off for the Welcome Party tomorrow, make sure your radars are locked on these essential guidelines and venue layout for a smooth and high-altitude celebration!

๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐:
1. The venue will be at LAWAAN BLDG. Ground Floor.
2.Open to All: Everyone is welcome to participate.
3. Sign-Up Process: To secure your spot, please write your name, phone number, and song request in the logbook. This determines the performance order.
4. Stay Nearby: Please remain in the venue until your turn. If you are not present when your name is called, we will attempt to reach you via the phone number provided.
5. Queue Management: If we cannot reach you or you fail to show up, we will move on to the next performer. You may re-enter the queue at the end of the list.
6. Content Policy: Songs containing explicit sexual content, profanity, or violent themes are strictly prohibited.
7. Enjoy the Show: Relax, support your fellow performers, and have fun!
๐๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐ธ ๐๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐
1. The venue will be in front of GABALDON BLDG.
2. Walk-in registration will be facilitated by the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Chalk Art event. Materials will be provided upon registration.
3. Any student is welcome to join.
4. The event will run from 1:20 PM to 3:00 PM.
5. There is no specific theme. Any expression of creativity is welcome, provided it contains no inappropriate graphics.
6. A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to all participants during the Awarding Ceremony, which will take place from 1:20 PM to 3:00 PM.
๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ผ ๐ค๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐:
1. The bingo cards can be claimed during Registration.
2. This activity is only for Freshies.
3. Each tile has a specific quest for the Freshie to accomplish.
4. A tile will be considered accomplished once the participant took the indicated photo.
5. A Grand Prize will be given to the First Freshie to accomplish all tiles.
6. 4 Consolation Prizes will be awarded to those who at least completed one row and one column.
7. Participants must first present their bingo cards to the Officer-in-Charge of the Bingo Quest for confirmation.
8. The winners will be announced and given their prizes during the Awarding segment of the program.
๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ:
1. Bring refillable tumblers or water bottles. There are designated water stations in the venue
2. Bring your umbrellas to protect yourselves from the weather during the College Tour
3. It is advisable to bring sanitizing alcohol, hand sanitizers, and face masks
4. Please ready your bags for a quick inspection by the Campus Security Personnel upon entering the Gate
5. Freshies that didn't get their passport can claim one during the Registration.
