Don’t Let the Stress Catch You Lackin’ 🧠💚

Let’s be for real—the academic burn is hitting different lately. If your screen time is at an all-time high but your motivation is on a permanent "Do Not Disturb" mode, we see you.

We’re bringing the KLD community together because being "Stronger Together Against Stress" is a whole mood. Whether you’re fighting for your life in the trenches of midterms or just navigating personal side quests, come hit the reset button.

🕵️‍♂️ Guess the Impostor

Booth 1 | April 22-23 | CB1 Lobby Think you can spot the fake? Put those FBI skills you used on your ex’s "following" list to good use. Come play, de-stress, and prove your IQ is higher than your stress levels.

📝 SITUATIONSHIP WITH STRESS? Unload and Let Go Wall

Booth 2 | April 22-23 | CB1 Lobby Keeping it all bottled up is so last season. Write down what’s weighing you down, post it, and literally walk away. Consider this the official "hard launch" of your inner peace.

POV: You finally stopped doom-scrolling and prioritized your peace. 😌
Don't ghost your mental health. Join us this April 22-23 and let’s turn that "I can’t" into "we did." See you there, Regals!

🔰Disciplinart Entry number 1

More than just a piece of plastic—it’s your blueprint. 🏗️📖

The "Blue Print of His Life" reminds us that there are no shortcuts to success. Integrity starts with the small things—like following the rules and showing up prepared.

A forgotten ID isn't just a "small mistake"; it’s a gatekeeper between you and your next big opportunity. Don't let a simple lapse in discipline keep you from the classroom or the future you’re building.

Take time to read and reflect using this poem. (Swipe ⬅️) Let the story of the "Builder" remind you that while cheating might find you a "pass," only hard work and honesty will build a bridge that actually stands.

Wear it proud, Regals. Let your ID be the first sign that you’re ready to take on the day! 💚🤴👸

In this sacred season of reflection, we are reminded that love was never meant to be easy—it was meant to be selfless. ✝️

As we journey through Semana Santa, may we find meaning in sacrifice, strength in faith, and hope in every silent prayer. Just as the cross stands firm amidst trials, may we too rise with courage, compassion, and renewed purpose.

Let this be a time not only to remember, but to transform—turning reflection into action, and faith into service for others. 🤍

A blessed and meaningful Holy Week to all. 🙏✨

In our 2nd Professional Learning Session held last March 24, 2026, Mr. Michael A. Mendoza, MAEd, RGC, RPm, LPT, CHRA, reminded us of a truth we often forget in the midst of service—that compassion must also include ourselves.

With the theme “Compassion without Exhaustion: Strengthening Mental Health Support for Student Services Personnel,” the session became a space for reflection, renewal, and resilience. It highlighted the importance of sustaining our well-being as we continue to support and uplift others in the KLD community.

Because when we care for ourselves, we are able to care better for others. ✨

Empowered women. Healthy Heart💜

The successful conduct of our Free ECG Screening for Women last March 24, 2026 stands as a powerful reminder that health is at the heart of empowerment. Spearheaded by the Health Services Unit, in collaboration with the Gender and Development Unit, and with the assistance of dedicated medical personnel from Triolab Diagnostic and Medical Clinic, this initiative brought care, awareness, and early detection closer to the women in our community.

Because when women are cared for, communities grow stronger. 💪✨

Thank you to everyone who made this meaningful initiative possible—your commitment to women’s health truly makes a difference. Let’s continue to champion wellness, one heartbeat at a time. 💓

✨🍽️ Hapag Kalinga: Day 6 — A Heartfelt Finale 🍽️✨

As we close the final chapter of Hapag Kalinga, our hearts are full and our purpose even stronger. 💜 From Day 1 to Day 6, this journey has been a beautiful reminder that compassion, when shared, multiplies.

Today marks not just the end of a program, but the continuation of a mission — to nourish lives, uplift communities, and stand united for Zero Hunger (SDG 2). 🌾

To our generous sponsors and partners, maraming salamat po. Your kindness turned empty plates into meals filled with hope.

We extend our special gratitude to the Institute of Behavioral Sciences – Student Government for sponsoring the free lunch for our students last Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Your generosity brought not just nourishment, but joy and encouragement to those we serve. 💛

To our volunteers and everyone behind this initiative, you are the true embodiment of service — proving that even the simplest act of giving can create lasting impact.

Though this may be our last day, the spirit of Hapag Kalinga lives on in every heart we’ve touched and every life we’ve nourished. 💫

Together, let’s continue to fight hunger, one meal, one act of kindness at a time. 🍚💛

✨💡 Empowered to Care, Equipped to Sustain 💡✨

The 2nd Professional Learning Session was more than just a gathering—it was a meaningful step toward nurturing the very people who dedicate their lives to supporting others. 💜

With the insightful guidance of Mr. Michael A. Mendoza, MAEd, RGC, RPm, CHRA, participants explored the powerful theme: “Compassion Without Exhaustion: Strengthening Mental Health Support for Student Services Personnel.” 🌿

In a field where giving is constant, this session served as a vital reminder that caring for others must also include caring for oneself. KLD is currently conducting a Market Survey for the proposed Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) as a new component of the National Service Training Program (NSTP).

The proposed ROTC aims to provide students with opportunities to develop leadership, discipline, teamwork, physical fitness, and disaster preparedness skills, while strengthening their sense of patriotism and commitment to serve.

The results of this survey will help the institution assess student demand and effectively plan the possible implementation of ROTC in the future.

This survey is a requirement for all incoming first-year students, as your participation plays a vital role in shaping future NSTP offerings of the institution.

We kindly invite you to participate by completing the survey through the QR code or the link below:

Because of the unwavering generosity of our sponsors and partners, countless lives were touched today. Your kindness continues to turn simple acts into powerful movements of change.

As we move closer to our final day tomorrow, March 24, we are reminded that this initiative stands firmly for a greater purpose—supporting the Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger.

Together, we are proving that no one should be left behind when it comes to access to food and dignity.

Let’s make the last day even more meaningful. One more day to serve. One more day to care. One more day to make a difference.

12: 𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 ✍️
Dear you,

Now, with this midterm examination, I've started doubting myself, wondering what if I fail? Have you experienced the feeling of what if it doesn't go as planned? The anxiety of what people would think about me if I failed this examination. How people with expectations would react if I failed. I have those feelings too.

‎However, I've also realized that a score doesn't define where you'll go; it just shows what you need to improve.

‎When exam day comes, don't be afraid. It's a chance to show what you've got. You've made it this far, you've studied, and you're ready.

‎Remember, your worth isn't defined by this exam. It's about the effort you've put in and your determination.

‎So take a deep breath, trust yourself, and do your best.
