Sikolohiya Vol. Treinta y Tres The official page of PSYCHPONSIBILITY, a seminar on Psychological First Aid by PSY33 (Batch 2023-2024). What is our aim:

Provide students with an understanding of the concept of Psychological First Aid (PFA)
while learning the core principles and importance of providing immediate support to
experiences of distress or trauma, its relevance, and real-life application. Equip and train students with the necessary skills/techniques to effectively assess
immediate psychological needs, create effective interventions, and d

evelop sufficient
communication, and active listening skills to respond and provide empathetic and
non-judgmental support to individuals in need or during crises. Engage in collaboration to create a stronger support system and better understand the
importance of self-care, fostering resilience, and coping abilities n navigating
challenging situations and recovery.
