Given the physically demanding nature of the practices and training sessions, we prioritize the safety and well-being of every participant. Prospective dancers are advised to carefully evaluate their readiness before joining.

•𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲: Prepare a dance performance of up to 1 minute and 30 seconds in one of the following genres: Dance Sport, Festival Dance, Classical Dance, Cultural/Folk Dance, Street/Urban/Hip-hop (including Dancehall), Contemporary/Modern Dance, Creative Dance

Note: Strictly no 15-second TikTok dances.
