𝟕𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 | On August 23, 2026, at exactly 0700H, the seventh training day officially commenced with precision, solemnity, and clear purpose, setting a disciplined tone. C/1LT ANN CHRISTINE S CORTEZ 2CL ushered in the day’s activities with composed direction and command. The program proceeded with the Invocation, respectfully led by C/P2LT BENYFIER I SIAT 4CL, seeking divine guidance, wisdom, and strength for all cadets, officers, and personnel present. This was followed by the dignified singing of the Philippine National Anthem under the direction of C/P2LT RHEIN AYESHA O PEREZ 4CL, filling the venue with deep patriotism and unwavering national pride. The cadets then rendered the NCST Hymn led by C/P2LT JEROME MAÑOZO 4CL, before reciting the NCST Mantra. The Mantra, in perfect unison was led by C/P2LT CARMELA G DUAZO 4CL. These opening rites reinforced the core values, loyalty, and shared institutional identity that bind the unit as one.
To prepare every cadet physically, mentally, and safely ahead of the day’s rigorous training, stretching exercises were conducted with energy, thoroughness, and proper form, steered by C/1LT YSRAEL M ANTONIO 2CL, assisted by C/P2LT JEROME MAÑOZO 4CL and C/P2LT IAN CONSTANTINO 4CL. Their careful guidance ensured that all movements were synchronized, helping the cadets build coordination, alertness, and full physical readiness while minimizing the risk of injury. Following the warm up, the session moved into the instruction and mastery of the manual-of-arms — a foundational exercise that embodies discipline, precision, and military bearing. This critical segment was expertly facilitated by CPL DHYNICE ANGEL D DIGMA (Res) PA, demonstrating, correcting, and patiently guiding the cadets through each movement until they could execute every command with sharpness, uniformity, and growing confidence. Every motion reflected close attention to detail, consistent effort, and the high standards the unit upholds. Throughout the entire training day, the cadets displayed remarkable focus, respect, and steady improvement — proving that through competent leadership, unwavering dedication, and collective discipline, they continue to grow into capable, principled, and service ready leaders of the future. The day not only sharpened their skills but also deepened their sense of unity, commitment, and pride in service.
