Venue 88 Hosts Launch of Institutional Management System, Anchored on 10-Year Vision for School Progress
General Santos City, April 30, 2026 — A major stride toward digital transformation and long-term institutional development was realized with the successful conduct of the Institution Management System (IMS) Orientation and Presentation at Pavilion Hall, Venue 88.
The initiative was spearheaded by the institution’s visionary President, Dr. Salamat B. Sandigan, RC, whose leadership is guided by a comprehensive 10-year development plan aimed at elevating the school’s academic excellence, operational efficiency, and technological advancement. This strategic direction places digital innovation, such as the IMS, at the core of sustainable school progress.
Dr. Sandigan was joined by Solaiman B. Sandigan Jr., with the strong presence of Bailyn B. Sandigan, a member of the Board of Trustees, alongside faculty members and administrative staff. Their participation reflected a unified commitment to achieving the institution’s long-term goals through innovation and collaboration.
Serving as the resource speaker was Norfaisal Buleg, Statistician I and Head of the Data Management Section, together with his colleague. They provided a comprehensive discussion on how the IMS will revolutionize data handling, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility across all institutional processes.

The program concluded with the distribution of laptops to participants, symbolizing the institution’s readiness to embrace digital tools. In addition, all attendees received cash incentives from Bailyn B. Sandigan and the Board of Trustees, recognizing their active participation and support.
