Happening Now: Our Grade 11 and Grade 12 students at UM Guianga College are actively participating in a vital fire drill and safety orientation today. Aimed at equipping our senior high schoolers with essential life-saving skills, the event focuses on emergency preparedness, quick-response evacuation protocols, and proper fire safety techniques.

📢 Advisory from UM Guianga College

We are grateful to inform everyone that UM Guianga College has been cleared of any structural damage following the earthquake experienced today.

While our Safety Officer has completed a thorough inspection of the campus and has officially confirmed the safety and integrity of all school facilities, the administration remains committed to ensuring the highest level of safety for our students, faculty, and staff.

As a precautionary measure and to allow for further assessment of any possible aftereffects of the earthquake, face-to-face classes will remain suspended on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Classes will resume on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

We understand that the ground shaking experienced earlier today may have caused concern and anxiety among our students, parents, and personnel. Please be assured that your safety and well-being remain our highest priority. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this time.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and ensure that our campus remains a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for learning.

It's almost time to see familiar faces again, meet new friends, discover new opportunities, and start another year full of challenges, growth, and unforgettable memories. 🤩

Meet the newly appointed 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 of 𝗨𝗠 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 for the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 - 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.

The school halls are about to open, bells are about to ring, and notebooks are about to be filled with ink—this new school year finally awaits.
