القيادة ليست منصبا يكتسب فحسب بل امانة توكل ومسؤولية تحمل بوعي وغاية.

وعليه تعلن جمعية جامعات دافاو عن تعيين المسؤول المكلف لقسم الكلية

ان هذا التكليف لا يعبر فقط عن الثقة بالكفاءة بل يعكس ايضا تقديرا للانضباط والبصيرة والالتزام اللازم لقيادة بيئة اكاديمية نحو تقدم هادف.

وفي ظل المرحلة التي تتطلب من المؤسسات التطور مع الحفاظ على اصولها يمثل هذا الدور مسؤولية وتكليفا يتطلبان التوازن بين الرؤية والرسالة

ونتطلع الى فترة تتسم بقيادة واعية وتطوير مستمر وتعزيز لجودة الاداء الاكاديمي وترسيخ لقيم المؤسسة.

Your achievement is a reflection of sincere effort (ikhlāṣ), perseverance, and the pursuit of knowledge for the sake of Allah. Indeed, knowledge is a light that Allah places in the hearts of those He chooses, and through it, communities are elevated and guided.

You stand as a source of honor and pride for the Kagan tribe not by lineage alone, but by the light of ilm (knowledge) and service to the Ummah.

May Allah place barakah in your knowledge, accept your efforts, and make you among those who benefit others and are raised in rank through what they have learned and shared. Ameen.
