AISAT was formally established in 2011 by a group of business and technical experts who saw the need for world class aviation training in Davao City. They shared the same vision of parting quality education for tomorrow’s generation in order to meet the increasing demand in the civil aviation industry, both local and international. AISAT aims to provide quality education through continuous instruc
tor training, providing adequate and updated facilities and materials, as well as giving guidance to students for their physiological and emotional well being. AISAT has endeavoured to make industry partners with aviation companies such as A-PLUS, SIA Engineering and Lufthansa Technique, amongst others, for the purpose of recruitment of graduates and on the job trainees, which AISAT sees as critical links for the students’ smooth transition to industry. In addition to outside industry partners, AISAT also offers direct industry linkage through its sister company, Adventure Flight Education & Sports Inc.(AFES), an Authorised Training Organisation recognised by the CAAP, which provides flight training in Mactan, Cebu. Students who aspire to become pilots may also proceed to enrol in AFES to commence with their pilot training program. Recognising that AISAT’s strength is in providing technical trainings, AISAT has since expanded its services to provide trainings in Hotel & Restaurant Services as well as in Information Technology, specifically focusing in Animation and Game Development. Collaborations with industry partners in these fields will be a continuous process to ensure job placement opportunities for all graduates. AISAT strives to be a venue for training of technically skilled manpower ready for entry to the international arena.
