Poseidon Distribution OPC is hiring a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST!
๐ Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
2. Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO)
3. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and monitor ROI
4. Create, schedule, and analyze engaging content for social media platforms
5. Track and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboards
6. Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research
7. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
8. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
9. Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
10. Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
11. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
12. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
13. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
14. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
15. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
๐ Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
2. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
3. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
4. Graphic design or video editing experience is an advantage
