To: PWC Library Units and Audio Visual Center Users

As we approach the hectic days of October 30, our barangay will exercise its democratic right by voting in the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections. This means that our library will be closed for the day so that our staff and community members can cast their votes and participate in this important event. We encourage everyone to utilize their right to vote and have their voices heard.
As we approach All Souls Day, a time to commemorate and respect our dead loved ones, as well as to visit the cemetery and spend time with our families.
On November 6, 2023, library units and Audio Visual centers will reopen. Thank you so much!
