Choosing a college program is never easy—especially when you are still trying to discover your passion, purpose, and future path. Like many students, 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲ñ𝗼𝗿 once faced uncertainty about what career to pursue and where he truly belonged. But through the transformative learning environment of the University of the Immaculate Conception – College of Medical and Biological Sciences, he found not only direction, but also confidence, purpose, and excellence in the field of Medical Laboratory Science.

What began as uncertainty eventually became a journey of perseverance, growth, and achievement. Through years of rigorous training, sleepless nights, laboratory duties, academic challenges, and meaningful mentorship, UIC-CMBS helped shape him into a future healthcare professional equipped with competence, discipline, and resilience. These experiences ultimately led him to become a 𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝟗 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫 in the 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗠𝗧𝗟𝗘—proving that with the right foundation, guidance, and determination, success becomes possible.
