4. Developed an institutional plan that shall serve as blueprint for its major endeavors in accreditation, research, instruction, promotion and community extension services;

7. Established E-classroom, E-library, modernization of engineering programs, physics, and allied sciences as well as component laboratories;
8. Provided adequate financial assistance to sports activities and enhanced other intra/extracurricular activities of students;
9. Facilitated the application to the Commission on Higher Education for the identification of Jose Maria College, Catitipan, Davao City as Center of Development (COD)/Center of Excellence (COE) on Information and Communication Technology Program; and
10. Established of International Networking/consortium among Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Asia Pacific Region.
