In connection with the Celebration of Local Peรฑafrancia in the Municipality of Del Gallego on September 5, 2026, Alfelor Sr. Memorial College, Inc. (ASMC) hereby announces the suspension of regular classes on the said date.

The ASMC communityโ€”faculty, students, staff, and other stakeholdersโ€”is encouraged to participate in and support this meaningful religious and cultural celebration in honor of Nuestra Seรฑora de Peรฑafrancia (Mahal na Ina).

The fluvial procession will proceed from Sabang. Upon reaching Kilbay Bridge, Mahal na Ina will be transferred and brought in procession to St. Rita Parish, where the Holy Mass will be celebrated.

๐Ÿ• 1:00 PM โ€“ Holy Mass / Religious Activities(Please follow the final schedule and instructions from the Parish and local organizers.)

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR PARTICIPANTS:

College faculty members, students, and other members of the ASMC community who wish to join the fluvial processionare advised to provide or arrange their own boat, as seating capacity on the designated pagoda may be limited.

Those who will not participate in the fluvial procession are encouraged to proceed to Kilbay Bridge and await the arrival of Mahal na Ina before joining the procession toward St. Rita Parish.

Everyone is encouraged to participate respectfully and responsibly and to observe the instructions of the organizers, parish authorities, and local officials throughout the celebration.

The Office of Congressman Tsuyoshi Anthony โ€œHoriโ€ Horibata has informed Alfelor Sr. Memorial College that 200 slots are available for UniFASTโ€“Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) applicants for the 1st Semester, AY 2026โ€“2027.

Priority: Students who are residents of the First District of Camarines Sur.

๐Ÿ“ How to Apply

Interested students should proceed to the Office of Academic Affairs (Window) to secure and accomplish the application form.

Once the program is approved, qualified applicants will be advised to submit the required documents to CHED Regional Office V.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Benefit

Qualified TDP grantees may receive โ‚ฑ7,500 per semester, subject to program guidelines, validation, and availability of funds.

Certified True Copy of Certificate of Registration/Enrollment for 1st Semester, AY 2026โ€“2027
Certificate of Indigency signed by the Punong Barangay where the applicant resides
If a Certificate of Indigency cannot be secured, either of the following may be submitted:
Certificate of Tax Exemption; or
Social Case Study issued by a registered Social Worker

โœ… Eligibility

Applicants must:

Be a Filipino citizen;
Be an undergraduate student enrolled in an SUC, LUC, or private HEI and in a program included in the CHED Registry; and
Not be a recipient of TES, CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs), or other national government-funded StuFAPs, except FHE and AICs.

Important: Submission and endorsement of an application do not guarantee admission to the Tulong Dunong Program. All applications are subject to validation, program guidelines, and funding availability. Applicants with incomplete requirements, inaccurate information, or enrollment in courses/institutions not included in the CHED Registry may be deemed ineligible.

Interested students are encouraged to secure the form and submit their information to the Office of Academic Affairs as soon as possible.
