Ms. Lerrygaen Simodio Malupeng, a determined woman from Diffun, Quirino, is a proud recipient of the Bread and Pastry Production NCII training under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) of TESDA. Her training, held from August 7 to August 29, 2024, at Quirino State University Diffun CHTM โ Skills Training and Assessment Center, equipped her with the skills and confidence she needed to pursue her passion for baking.
On August 22, 2024, Ms. Malupeng successfully passed the National Competency Assessment, marking a significant milestone in her journey.
Today, she is thriving as a home-based baker and entrepreneur, offering beautifully crafted customized cakes and baked goods within her community. What started as a dream has now become a growing business venture โ one that brings joy to her customers and provides her with a steady source of income.
Ms. Malupengโs journey is a testament that talent knows no limits when given the right opportunity. With the strong support of QSU and TESDA, she turned her skills into a livelihood and her passion into purpose.
