The TerpsiCORean Performing Group (TPG) bagged GOLD during the 11th Paligsahan ng Katutubong Sayaw at the 44th National Folk Dance Workshop in Iloilo City.

The ensemble is composed of members of the TerpsiCORean Performing Group, along with the organization’s alumni from batches 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Their winning piece, entitled “Palobo,” is a dance originating from San Narciso, Quezon Province. It is a dance of courtship and love, expressing deep affection and sincere effort.

Through community outreach, environmental initiatives, cultural immersion, and shared learning experiences, Filipino and Malaysian participants strengthened bonds beyond borders while celebrating diversity, service, and collaboration.

Twelve students from the Cor Jesu College Teacher Education Department proudly represented Cor Jesu College, Inc. in a week-long Cultural Exchange Program at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia — the largest CJC delegation since 2016.

From research presentations and community engagement to cultural immersion and international friendships, the experience became a meaningful journey of learning beyond borders.
