In line with our commitment to innovation, efficiency, and adaptability, BPSU will officially adopt a 3-Day Onsite and 2-Day Work-From-Home HyFlex (Hybrid Flexible) Work Modality, effective April 20, 2026, according to University Memorandum No. 0729.

As such, BPSU personnel will follow a hybrid work setup that combines onsite duties and remote work. Further details are listed below:

𝗛𝘆𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲
• Monday (WFH)
• Tuesday to Thursday (Onsite)
• Friday (WFH)
• WFH and onsite schedules will be observed within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Certain units such as security, utility, drivers, and production-related personnel will follow adjusted or fully onsite schedules to ensure uninterrupted campus operations.

BPSU assures all students and stakeholders that this transition is guided by a results-oriented system, with strict monitoring, performance evaluation, and service continuity measures in place.

In view of a reported security concern at the Dinalupihan Campus, all onsite classes and office operations shall be shifted to online mode, today, October 8. The appropriate authorities have been notified and are actively working to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Onsite schedules at all other campuses shall proceed as planned, with an elevated level of vigilance. We urge everyone to promptly report any security-related incidents or threats to the proper authorities for immediate action.

The University prioritizes the safety and well-being of all students, faculty, and staff. Please monitor official channels for further updates.
