Attention to All TES and TDP Grantees📢📢📢

We are pleased to inform you that the stipend for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Batches 11, 13, 13.1, and 15 for the First Semester, School Year 2025–2026, and the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Batches 9.1 and 4.1 for the Second Semester, School Year 2024–2025, is now ready for release.

Claiming Schedule:

📅 February 7, 2026
⏰ Starting at 8:00 AM
📍 Accounting Office

Required Documents:

1. Two (2) photocopies of Validated School ID or any valid government ID on long bond paper, back-to-back, with three (3) signatures below the photocopy (Blue pen only)(Bring your own Blue pen)

📌 Important Reminder on Authorized Claiming
If a grantee is unable to personally claim the stipend, only an immediate family member may claim on behalf of the grantee. The following must be presented:

• Original authorization letter signed by the grantee
• Birth Certificate of the grantee (for relationship verification)
• Photocopy of the grantee’s School ID or any valid government ID with three (3) fresh signatures at the bottom (blue pen)
• Photocopy of the parent’s valid government ID with three (3) fresh signatures at the bottom (blue pen)

All Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong-Dunong Program (TDP) grantees are hereby informed that the stipend for the 2nd Semester, SY 2024 - 2025 is now ready for release.
This includes TES Batches 11, 13, 13.1, and 15, and TDP Batches 3.1, 4.1, and 9.1.

Claiming Schedule:

📅 January 31, 2026
⏰ Starting at 9:00 AM
📍 Accounting Office

Please make sure to prepare the following before claiming:

Required Documents:

1. Two (2) photocopies of Validated School ID or any valid government ID on long bond paper, back-to-back, with three (3) signatures below the photocopy (Blue pen only)

2. Bring your own Blue pen
