Train Smart: Performance, Recovery & Injury Prevention 💪🎓

In line with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being and SDG 4: Quality Education, the CHM Sports Club proudly presents a skills-focused workshop designed to empower our student-athletes through science-based training and responsible sports practice.

This session equips CHM students with step-by-step techniques for proper sports ex*****on to enhance performance, reduce injury risks, and promote lifelong physical wellness. Participants will master effective warm-up routines, correct body mechanics, and gain hands-on knowledge in basic first aid—recognizing and responding to common sports injuries such as sprains and strains.

Today, the Full-Time Faculty Members and Staff of the College of Hospitality Management, together with the CHM Society Officers, gathered for a productive meeting in preparation for the upcoming 2nd Semester, officially starting on January 12, 2026.

Our discussions centered on key initiatives, including:
✅ Alignment of academic and student activities
✅ Enrollment preparations (Enrollment officially starts tomorrow, January 5, 2026)
✅ Classroom cleaning and overall learning environment readiness
