Pursuant to BOR Resolution No. 14, series of 2025, the standard Alumni ID issued by the MSU Alumni Association (MSUAA) is hereby recognized as the sole and official Alumni ID of the university system. This ID shall be signed by the MSUAA National President, who serves as the Alumni Regent.

Furthermore, as stipulated in Annex “L” of the same resolution, the Alumni ID fee is set at Three Hundred Pesos (P 300.00). This fee will cover ID production costs and support the programs of the MSUAA National Board and its local chapters.

𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 |UNIVERSITY REST DAY

In appreciation of the commitment for the exigency of service last Friday, May 15, 2026, and to celebrate the successful conclusion of the ISO 21001:2018 Stage 2 Audit, Monday, May 18, 2026, is declared as a University Rest Day.

Administrative work is hereby suspended except for the College of Medicine, College of Law, and College of Health Sciences. Further, units or offices rendering essential services are directed to maintain a skeletal workforce.

Normal operations and the release of the official University Memorandum will be on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

𝗚𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴

𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗛. 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗴𝗮 is a licensed guidance counselor and dedicated student services professional. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, and completed her Master’s degree at Holy Trinity College of General Santos City. She has extensive experience in student services, including her previous role as Job Placement Officer and seven (7) years as Guidance Counselor at MSU–General Santos. She is also an active member of the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association (PGCA), a Board Member of PGCA Region XII, and a member of the Network of Career Guidance Advocates.

Ms. Gonzaga continues to serve as 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗢𝗚𝗖), where she leads the University’s programs under 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟳𝟱-𝟮𝟲𝗖. Her leadership focuses on strengthening student support systems, career development, and mental wellness services across the University.
