Prior to the official start of the 8th ROTC Training Session, the cadets from CKC and GCUC were clustered together to ensure an organized and manageable training formation. This arrangement was made due to the limited availability of NCOs, with MSg Melecio Q. Sagaral (Arm) PA, Admin NCO, serving as the sole NCO overseeing the initial organization and coordination of the cadets. The clustering helped maintain order, proper coordination, and unity between the two groups before the training officially commenced.

The activity commenced with Formation and Rank Inspection, ensuring that all cadets were properly organized and maintained the expected military bearing and discipline. This was followed by QR Code Attendance for accurate monitoring and accountability of the cadets. The Drills and Ceremony activity helped the cadets develop discipline, proper bearing, coordination, and teamwork. Through repeated practice of commands, movements, and formations, cadets learned to follow instructions accurately, move as one unit, and maintain proper military conduct. It also helped improve their confidence, alertness, and respect for authority, which are important qualities of a disciplined ROTC cadet.

To be followed by Cpl Marlon E Pajo PA (Res), conducted the lecture on Basic Life Support, BLS training helps cadets develop confidence, discipline, quick decision-making, and responsibility. It prepares them to respond appropriately during emergencies and potentially help protect the lives of others. Ended with final QR Code attendance before dismissal. The training enhanced discipline & Military knowledge.

As ROTC Cadets, we are trained to serve our country. Service is not only shown through drills and uniforms, but also through simple yet meaningful acts of kindnessโ€”such as donating blood. This is our way of protecting lives beyond the battlefield.

On August 15, 2026, the ROTC Cadets of Christ the King College (CKC), under the CKC NSTP Office and in coordination with the 10th Regional Community Defense Group (10RCDG), actively participated in a Bloodletting Activity held at Mother Ignacia Gym.

In partnership with the Philippine Red Cross โ€“ Gingoog City Chapter, this initiative provided an opportunity for cadets to extend their service to the community through voluntary blood donation.

Each cadetโ€™s willingness to donate blood reflects the core values instilled in the ROTC programโ€”discipline, patriotism, compassion, and social responsibility.

This collaborative effort between CKC, CKC NSTP, GCUC, 10RCDG, and the Philippine Red Cross โ€“ Gingoog highlights the strength of unified action in building a healthier and more resilient community.
