📣 CALL FOR RESPONSES: TES Grantees

Good day, TES Grantees!

We are currently conducting a Survey on the Status and Challenges in Opening LandBank Accounts of TES Grantees to better understand your progress and the difficulties you may be experiencing in opening your LandBank accounts.

As of today, only a portion of our target grantees have successfully submitted their account details. Your response is very important—it will help us identify concerns such as account application issues, ID requirements, access to LandBank branches, and the level of support needed from your school.

📌 Who should answer?
All continuing TES grantees [as of 1st semester AY 2025-2026] —whether you have already opened your account, are still processing, or have not yet started.

📌 Why is this important?
Your feedback will guide us in coordinating with partner schools and LandBank to provide appropriate assistance and ensure the smooth release of your TES benefits.

Requesting all TES Grantees to proceed to the Accounting Office and submit the following:

1. Account details (Account Name, Type of Account Opened, Account Number and Card Number)
2. Photocopy of Student ID with three (3) specimen signature in A4-sized Paper

This is for monitoring and database in case the CHED-UniFAST RO XII need to confirm your data/account, especially if you have invalidly attached photo/screenshots in the Google Form or erroneous details.

For those who are having OJT outside Glan, you may message the page for the account details and scan/take a photo of the Student ID with specimen signature. Kindly submit the hard copy once you returned to Glan.

TES Grantees who are still to complete their account opening at the Landbank - Glan Branch, please wait for the endorsement letter to be forwarded to the branch before going to the branch.

Further, make sure to have a photocopy of the selected ID you have indicated in the Digital On-Boarding System (DOBS) with three specimen signatures.

Be reminded of the following:
1. Open a Landbank PISO Plus Account.
2. The purpose of the account opening is for the release of grants.

For TES Grantees who only have Student ID as their valid ID, follow the steps below. Take note that you still need to go to your selected branch and bring the REFERENCE NUMBER and selected ID to COMPLETE THE ACCOUNT OPENING.

The Digital On-Boarding System (DOBS) is an online platform that allows clients to conveniently start the account opening process without filling out hard copy of Bank forms or lining up. Clients simply fill out the required information online, then take note or screenshot the reference number generated by the system. This reference number must be presented by the beneficiary to the LANDBANK Branch nearest to his/her residence to complete the account opening process. This can be chosen as a way to open an account if the beneficiary opts to undergo the traditional process of going to a LANDBANK Branch.
