𝘌𝘈𝘙𝘓𝘐𝘌𝘙 𝘛𝘖𝘋𝘈𝘠- In recognition of its continued support for the National Voluntary Blood Services Program (NVBSP), Partido State University (ParSU) received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development during the Bicol Sandugo Summit in Legazpi City.

Carrying the theme "Safe Blood, Strong Communities: Strengthening Voluntary Blood Donation in Challenging Times," the recognition acknowledged ParSU's partnership and contributions to promoting voluntary blood donation and helping ensure a safe, adequate, and accessible blood supply across the Bicol Region, following the successful conduct of its annual donation drive.

To the organizing committees, working teams, faculty, staff, students, volunteers, and personnel, thank you for the time, hard work, and dedication you shared throughout the event. From the preparations leading up to the games to the many tasks carried out each day, your contributions helped ensure that the University was ready to welcome student-athletes, coaches, officials, and delegates from across the Bicol Region.

The success of an event of this scale depends on more than what happens on the playing field. It also takes people working behind the scenes, attending to details, responding to challenges, and helping wherever they are needed. These efforts may not always be seen, but they are an important part of what made this hosting possible. ParSU recognizes and appreciates everyone who gave their part, in whatever capacity, to this shared undertaking.

The University also thanks its partner agencies, local government units, participating State Universities and Colleges, and other stakeholders for their cooperation and support throughout the event.

The Bicol Regional SCUAA 2026 brought together student-athletes in the spirit of sportsmanship and friendly competition. For ParSU, hosting the games was also an opportunity to put its values into practice—to serve with PUSO, work with KUSOG, and face challenges with ISOG.

To every ParSUan and partner who helped make this event possible, maraming salamat! The successful hosting of the Bicol Regional SCUAA 2026 is a shared accomplishment, made possible by a community willing to work together.
