𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘!! | April 25, 2026 – 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Saturday)

The 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 (𝙎𝙄𝙏𝙎) at 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐲𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 successfully conducted its monthly 𝗘𝗰𝗼-𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 at the 𝙄𝙏 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 during the afternoon session.

Following the morning assembly, this activity focused on maintaining the cleanliness of the department and reinforcing a sense of ownership among the students. Through this initiative, the IT community demonstrated that discipline and respect for the learning environment are just as important as academic and leadership responsibilities.

Ultimately, this initiative was about more than just tidying up. It highlighted that holistic development for IT students involves cultivating personal integrity, a consistent sense of duty, and the right attitude toward the school and the environment.

The 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗦) at 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐲𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 has successfully concluded its 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 held at the SWADC.

This departmental activity focused on the selection of a new set of student leaders who will lead the organization for the 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳. The assembly provided a transparent platform for Information Technology students to exercise their right to vote and participate in discussions regarding important organizational matters.

Ultimately, this election was about more than just filling positions. It highlighted that the strength of SITS lies in the active participation of its members and their commitment to ensuring a sustainable and well-led future for the IT department.

The 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 (𝙎𝙄𝙏𝙎) at 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝘆𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 will be holding its 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 at the 𝗦𝗪𝗮𝗗𝗖.

This activity is a vital departmental event focused on the selection of new student leaders and the discussion of important organizational matters. All Information Technology students are required to attend, as this gathering serves as a platform for every member to have a voice in the future direction of the organization.

Note: Students currently on OJT and those with Saturday religious conflicts are exempted from this requirement.

Ultimately, this assembly is about more than just casting votes. It highlights that being part of SITS involves shared responsibility, active participation, and the commitment to uphold the standards of leadership and unity within the IT department.
