MSU-IIT OME UPDATES | In line with its commitment to enhance public service delivery and institutional transparency, the Office of Monitoring and Evaluation (OME), held the Presentation and Pilot Testing of the Automated Client Satisfaction Measurement System (CSMS) on July 16, 2025.
Attended by the MSU-IIT Management Committee and Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART), the event aimed to assess and refine the system before full implementation. The Automated CSMS streamlines feedback collection and provides real-time, actionable insights to improve service quality. MSU-IIT also welcomed Mr. Jay-R R. Redita, MIT of Catanduanes State University as Resource Person, whose technical expertise and valuable insights greatly contributed to both the successful conduct of the pilot testing and the overall development of the system.
This initiative affirms the University's pursuit of client-centered, data-driven, and transparent governance in line with its vision of influencing the future through innovation and excellence.
