Another memorable 𝑳𝒂𝒘 𝑫𝒂𝒚𝒔 celebrated with the members of 𝑩𝒆𝒕𝒂 𝑺𝒊𝒈𝒎𝒂 𝑳𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒅𝒂 – 𝑰𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓. Beyond the competitions, events, and preparations, what truly made this experience meaningful was the bond we shared throughout every moment.

From the loud cheers, endless laughter, and shared victories to the simple moments together in between, this year’s Law Days reminded us that brotherhood is not only built during grand occasions, but also through loyalty, unity, and the memories we create side by side.

Greetings to everyone, from far up north to deep down south!

In the spirit of solidarity and pride, and on behalf of our Most Illustrious Brother, Hazzanal Imran Sanguila Mohamad, MPA, and our Most Illustrious Sister, Carrissa D. Barandia-Brobo, LPT, together with the Resident Members of MSU Law Iligan Chapter, we are deeply honored to present before the House the members of 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗠 𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗦, initiated last April 26, 2026.

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐀𝐤𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐌 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

The Moro Ako Party has officially filed its candidacy for the inaugural parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), positioning itself as a movement dedicated to amplifying the voice of the ordinary Bangsamoro.

Under the banner “Boses ng Ordinaryo” (Voice of the Ordinary), the party highlights its mission to represent grassroots communities—sectors often unheard in traditional political spaces.

Leading the party-list is Farouk “Froxy” A. Macarambon Jr. as the first nominee, alongside Atty. Najeeb Lucman Taib as second nominee, and Panarigan Usman Salic Jr. as third nominee. Collectively, the nominees bring diverse experience in leadership, law, and community engagement, reflecting the party’s inclusive approach to governance.

The filing formally marks Moro Ako Party’s entry into a historic electoral process that will shape the future of BARMM’s parliamentary system. As the region continues its transition toward stronger self-governance, emerging parties like Moro Ako are expected to play a crucial role in crafting policies that directly affect the lives of ordinary citizens.

Emphasizing that governance should not be limited to elites, Moro Ako advocates for leadership grounded in the realities of the people it serves. By championing concerns of ordinary Bangsamoro—from livelihood and education to peace and development—the party aims to bring representation closer to the grassroots.

As BARMM prepares for this milestone election, the participation of Moro Ako underscores a growing push for inclusive leadership—one that listens, represents, and acts for the many, not just the few.
